Eligibility & Identity

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use jayabajl. By creating an account you confirm your age and agree to submit identity verification documents upon request. Providing false information to circumvent age requirements is a serious breach of these Terms.

Fair Payments

All deposits and withdrawals processed through jayabajl — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers — are subject to verification procedures to protect against fraud and unauthorised transactions. Withdrawal timelines are published in the Payment Policy section.

Security & Integrity

jayabajl employs SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and automated fraud detection to protect your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Game Fairness

All casino games and random-number-dependent outcomes on jayabajl use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi). Results are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

Section 1

Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this agreement and all supplementary policies published on jayabajl.

"Wallet" / "Balance"	The BDT-denominated virtual funds held in your jayabajl account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any real-money stake placed by a registered user on any sporting event, casino game, virtual game, or instant game available on the Platform.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or match deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jayabajl before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
"AML"	Anti-Money Laundering — policies and procedures followed by jayabajl to detect, prevent, and report suspicious financial activity.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jayabajl platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on jayabajl, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Important Notice for Bangladesh Players jayabajl operates as an offshore platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using this Platform you confirm that you have made this determination independently and accept full responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not create binding obligations and shall not supersede the English text.

2.1 Amendments to These Terms

jayabajl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in regulatory requirements, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy. When a material change is made:

Registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
A notice will be displayed prominently on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days following any material revision.
The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent modification.
Continued use of jayabajl after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with a proposed amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the amendment takes effect, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

Section 3

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access betting, casino, or payment services on jayabajl you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on jayabajl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jayabajl does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on jayabajl.
Own account: You must be registering the account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active voluntary self-exclusion from jayabajl or any related platform.
Accurate information: All personal details provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jayabajl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account matching registered mobile number, or bank statement for bank transfer methods).
Selfie with ID document upon request for enhanced verification.

Withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 will automatically trigger a KYC review. jayabajl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification documents have been submitted and reviewed. Providing fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC documents submitted to jayabajl are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity and age verification and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or fraud-prevention obligations.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jayabajl supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure that deposits and withdrawals are as convenient as possible for players across all regions of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on jayabajl: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jayabajl wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
jayabajl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jayabajl bears no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
jayabajl reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the originating account cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.
Verified withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 1–24 hours during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods (BPL match days, T20 World Cup fixtures) may experience slightly longer processing times due to elevated transaction volumes.
jayabajl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited withdrawal requests, where available, may carry an optional processing fee disclosed at the time of the request.
All withdrawals are subject to AML compliance review. jayabajl reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the transaction triggers an automated fraud or money-laundering alert pending investigation.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal calculations. Refer to the Bonuses & Promotions section (Section 6) and any promotion-specific terms for full details.

Section 5

Betting & Casino Game Rules

All wagers placed on jayabajl — whether on cricket, volleyball, football, kabaddi, live casino games, slots, crash games, or virtual sports — are governed by the general rules set out in this section, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform.

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are accepted on the basis of the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed by the system.
In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided by the governing body (ICC, BPL governing board, FIFA, etc.), jayabajl reserves the right to void related markets and return stakes to player wallets.
In-play (live) betting markets close automatically when the relevant event reaches completion. Bets confirmed before market closure are binding. Bets placed after an event's conclusion will be voided.
Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary based on the sport, competition, market type, and your account tier. Limits are displayed within the relevant market interface.
jayabajl reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet without providing a specific reason, at its sole discretion.
Obvious pricing errors (manifestly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error) will not be honoured. Bets placed on such prices will be voided and stakes returned.

5.2 Casino & Instant Game Rules

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of the relevant game action (card draw, roulette wheel spin, dice roll).
Game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). jayabajl does not modify these parameters.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed according to the game's pre-defined logic. If the round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a casino game, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a wager result has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement. Disputes can be raised by contacting support@jayabajl with your account username, the specific bet ID, and a clear description of the issue. jayabajl will investigate and respond within 5 business days. In the event of a dispute between the displayed result on the Platform and the official result of a sporting body or game provider's records, the official result shall prevail.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

jayabajl periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

Eligibility: Promotions are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to Bangladesh-based players only and require a qualifying deposit made via one of the accepted BDT payment methods.
One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts or payment methods constitute a breach of these Terms.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
Permitted games: Not all games on jayabajl contribute equally to wagering requirements. The promotion-specific terms will specify which game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) and which specific titles contribute, and at what percentage.
Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after 30 days. Bonus funds that have not been activated or that remain after the expiry of their validity period will be removed from your account without notice.
Maximum bonus bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round or per wager applies. Bets placed above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided and the bonus cancelled.
Bonus abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — through arbitrage, use of software, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion — will have their bonus cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

jayabajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will be communicated via a platform notice. Players who have already activated a bonus at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by changes to that specific bonus round.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of jayabajl, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders at all times.

7.1 Your Obligations

Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Notify jayabajl immediately via support@jayabajl if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Ensure that your registered contact details (email address, mobile number) remain current and accurate at all times.
Use only payment methods registered in your own name for all deposits and withdrawals.
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the Platform.
Wager only with funds you can afford to lose. Do not bet under the influence of alcohol, medication, or emotional distress.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jayabajl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant winnings, and potential legal action where applicable:

Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or creating accounts under false pretences.
Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of a bet, game, or market.
Match fixing: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have direct or indirect knowledge of a pre-arranged result.
Money laundering: Using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any mechanical or electronic system to place bets or interact with casino games.
Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on jayabajl simultaneously.
Hacking and interference: Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts other than your own; attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jayabajl by persons under the age of 18.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

jayabajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the reasons set out below, or for any other reason that, in the Platform's reasonable judgement, justifies such action.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion — including during the period of active investigation.
Provision of false or misleading registration information.
Use of the Platform in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, security, or reputation.
A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of your account.
Your voluntary self-exclusion request.
Extended account inactivity (no login or wagering activity for a consecutive period of 12 months).

8.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days. In cases where the closure is the result of a confirmed breach — including fraud, collusion, or money laundering — jayabajl reserves the right to withhold the full balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to remit funds to the appropriate authorities.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jayabajl account at any time by contacting support@jayabajl with a written closure request from the email address registered to your account. Before your account is closed, any outstanding KYC requirements must be satisfied and any pending withdrawal requests must be processed. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 2 business days of receipt.

Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this in your email so our support team can ensure the self-exclusion is processed under our Responsible Gaming Policy and that appropriate re-marketing suppression measures are applied to your contact details. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jayabajl's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited into your account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jayabajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jayabajl shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, force majeure events, acts of government, or disruptions to third-party payment processing networks.

8.5 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. All communications between jayabajl and registered users regarding account matters, disputes, and policy interpretations shall be conducted in English. The English text of this document is the authoritative and binding version for all purposes.
